The Mount Caesar Union Library is supported by an annual appropriation from the Town
of Swanzey and by contributions from Association members and area residents. We hold a
number of fund raising events over the year. We also receive the occasional bequest
and memorial donations. Fund raising activities include:
Annual Book Sale
Annual Fund Drive
Annual Auction
The Book Sale is held on the Saturday and Sunday of Old Home Day weekend from 9:00
AM until 4:00 PM. For 2008, the dates are July 19th and 20th
The Annual fund drive is typically held in the fall when Association members and
residents are solicited by mail.
The Auction is held in September and includes donations from local merchants and a
variety of useful and/or collectible items donated by members of the community.
Markem of Keene will generously match any donation made by current or former employees.
